Visiting our office in Balaju
Woori Cargo’s office is in Balaju, Kathmandu; the full address, opening hours and a map are on this page. Walk in with your items, or message us first and we will tell you what to bring. At the counter we check what you want to send, pack it in strong boxes, weigh it and give you the final price with a tracking number for each box.
What to bring
- Your citizenship card or passport (sender)
- The receiver’s full name, full address and phone number. For Korea and Japan, the address in the local language too if possible.
- For South Korea: the receiver’s ARC or passport number, and their Personal Customs Clearance Code if they have one
- A copy of the prescription for any medicine
- Your items, unpacked if possible, so we can pack them for customs inspection
Before you come
Check the price with our rate calculator, or send us a photo of your items on WhatsApp. We will tell you whether everything can go and roughly what it will cost.
Where we send from Kathmandu
Our main route is South Korea. We also send parcels to Japan, the United Kingdom, Australia and Europe, and to many more countries through our courier partners. The list below shows the main routes and their usual transit times.
After you send
Keep your receipt: the tracking number on it works on our tracking page, where you can follow the parcel until it is delivered and copy a link for the receiver.
