Sending a parcel from Nepal to Europe
We send parcels from Kathmandu to countries across Europe: clothes, documents, gifts, packaged food and prescribed medicine. Each country has its own price on our list, shown in the table on this page. We check and pack everything at our Balaju office, prepare the export papers and send it by air, and the courier delivers it to the receiver’s address.
Meat and food for Europe
Meat items can be sent to European countries on our list, with an extra charge per kilo (shown on this page). Pack food sealed and leak-proof, or bring it to us and we will pack it. Fresh fruit and vegetables, seeds and plants are not accepted.
Other items
Clothes, shoes, documents, books, handicrafts and gifts are usually fine. Prescribed medicine is accepted with a copy of the prescription, in personal quantities. Loose batteries and power banks, anything flammable or hazardous, cash and jewellery, counterfeit goods and anything illegal in Nepal or the destination country are not accepted.
Receiver details
Bring the receiver’s full name, the full address with postcode and city, and a local phone number.
Customs, VAT and duty
European countries may charge import VAT or duty on parcels. If they do, the receiver pays it. We tell you in advance when this is likely.
Tracking
Your Woori tracking number works on our tracking page. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the page also shows the courier’s own tracking number and a link to follow it.
Sending to the United Kingdom? The UK has its own page with its own price.
