Prices
Prices on this website are estimates. The final price is based on the weight measured at our office after packing.
What you send
You are responsible for describing the contents of your shipment truthfully. We may open, refuse or return any item that is not allowed by Nepal or by the destination country.
Customs and delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, holidays and courier delays can make a shipment take longer. Any import duty or tax at the destination is paid by the receiver.
Problems
If something is wrong with your shipment, contact us as soon as possible with your tracking number.
